Mainly a standing class that is suitable for individuals of all ages and skill levels, and can help improve many aspects of physical and mental health such as balance, sleep quality, blood pressure, and mood.

As your Tai Chi Qigong teacher, I will be leading you through short forms including Shibashi sets 1 and 2 and Eight Pieces of Brocade and 5 element Qigong to develop an awareness of energy through the bodies meridians (energy pathways) and I invite you to sense flow with the abundance of nature.
